In the winning notification they have included the details of the related visa fees and instructions as how to continue the visa processing. As normal who are selected to further processing of the visa will be called for the immigrant visa interview from 1st of October till 30th September.
In the interview the consular officer will check all the necessary details of the applicant. Specially now they will check whether the applicant have an affidavit of support in the form of I-134 in the USA. And if you have a job offer on arrival it will be easy for you to get the visa.
So if you are dv lottery winner, if possible you have to arrange a job for you to start work when you arrive in the USA. You can contact your relatives or friends for this.
To get a job through them send them all your educational qualification, professional qualification certificates, your work experience in a CV (make the CV according to American Style).
Also you can check for job offers in the internet and you can register with job agencies for a suitable job.
But don't pay any money through internet to get a job. Good jobs will come in your way when you are qualified and experienced to carry it, without paying a single cent. Most of the good companies pay to the recruiting companies to fill suitable candidates to the vacant post. The applicant will need a recent notarized job offer from the employer stating the position and salary. This should be produced to the consular officer on the say of the interview.
Having an arranged job will give you a boost to obtain a visa if you meet the other dv lottery eligibilities.
